Easy Ways to Save Everyday

Happy Day my Frugal Besties! If you are new to saving or you are a seasoned pro, I’d like to share tips to help you save.  Some of these tips you may already know but others could save you a lot of money!

Electronic coupons are a huge time saver especially when you can stack the savings like a boss! There’s an order to saving the most possible.

1st Step

First load manufacture coupons. If you haven’t joined the Proctor & Gamble P&G Everyday program, you should! As a member you can add electronic coupons directly to your grocer store cards!

Kelloggs has a program where you can load your favorite coupons electronically to your grocer or retail card. You can also earn points to redeem on special Kelloggs merchandise.

Step 2

Load coupons electronically to your grocer account linked to your shopping card. I realize not every grocer has a savings card program, but most of them do! Some may only allow you to gain points While others will offer you the ability to download electronic coupons directly to your card. Here are just a few to get you started:

KrogerWinn DixiePublixFood CityFamily DollarDollar GeneralPiggly Wiggly. Choose your location – IGA Choose your location – FarmFreshFood LionMeijersMarketStreetSafeway -and every other store you can think of!

After you’ve loaded coupons at the grocer site move to step 3.

Step 3

Your mind should already be familiar at this point with current sales and coupons you’ve already loaded. Now load your electronic rebates! I’m not talking about the kind you have to wait on to be mailed either. I’m talking about the rebates you get transferred into your PayPal, bank account, Amazon or other methods. See below:

Ibotta – set up an account if you don’t already have one. Look through the rebates offered and select the ones that you may use. There’s no limit to the amount you can select. If you sort by Store you’ll begin to notice products you may already have a coupon for or that is on Sale. Some grocers and retailers have an electronic connection available to ensure you get your rebate. Other stores may require you to scan your receipt and bar code of items.

Checkout51 – this app works similar to the one above except there aren’t as many store specific rebates. Add as many as you want but be aware that offers must be added before your purchase and must be redeemed within a certain amount of time. New rebates are loaded each Wednesday. This one is my personal favorite ❤

SavingStar – If you need to save space on your phone’s memory, this one can be accessed online. It will offer some of the same rebates as the other two above, so you can stack your savings.

Walmart – A lot people shop at Walmart (and occasionally I get drug in one too). If you choose to shop at WallyWorld, you might do well with this one. I don’t have it, (because I hate Walmart)!

Step 4

Before you shop, check out the coupon section on MyPoints. You’ll get points for every coupon printed and points for redemptions. These points add up and can be redeemed for gift cards to save even more!!

Step 5

Go Shop! Use your reward card at check out & see some savings.

Step 6

Scan your receipts and watch your savings add up. Whole you are already scanning, why not scan your receipt into other reward programs too. You won’t get cash back, but you’ll earn points to trade in for gift cards.

Fetch Rewards  – use referral code K7CRV to get a Bonus 1500 points added to your account when you start out. It is not store specific. You can scan any receipt from any place. They are looking for specific products to give you points for. When you start generating points, you can redeem these points for gift cards.

It may seem like a lot of effort to save $ but it actually goes by quickly when you develop a rhythm. If you have any questions, let me know. I’m always happy to help a saver!
